We are excited to welcome our family to the beautiful Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore, our official host hotel for the 2026 reunion. Conveniently located just minutes from Tampa International Airport, this all-suite hotel offers a comfortable and upscale experience designed to make our reunion weekend both relaxing and memorable. Our group rate applies to spacious two-room suites with two queen beds.

July in Tampa runs about 90 degrees with quick afternoon showers; pack sunscreen, a hat, and a light poncho.
Getting Here
Tampa International Airport is 10 minutes from the hotel with a free hotel shuttle, and parking at the hotel is free.
Beach Day Friday
Swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops; cabanas and chairs are provided at Pass-A-Grille.

Complete the registration form using the “Register Now” button on this site. Each adult should submit their own registration (or one per household, depending on your preference).

Your registration covers: Thursday Welcome / Hospitality Night, Friday Family Excursion (Beach activity), Saturday Family Banquet, and T-shirts/Swag

No, but we highly recommend it. However, the hotel room block closed on June 23rd.
