We are excited to welcome our family to the beautiful Embassy Suites Tampa Airport/Westshore, our official host hotel for the 2026 reunion. Conveniently located just minutes from Tampa International Airport, this all-suite hotel offers a comfortable and upscale experience designed to make our reunion weekend both relaxing and memorable.
Our group rate of $169 per night applies to spacious two-room suites with two queen beds.

Complete the registration form using the “Register Now” button on this site. Each adult should submit their own registration (or one per household, depending on your preference).

Your registration is confirmed once both steps are completed:

3. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted through our designated payment apps (linked on this site). Please include your name and “Family Reunion 2026” in the payment note.
4. What does the registration fee include?
Your registration covers: Thursday Welcome / Hospitality Night, Friday Family Excursion (group activity), Saturday Family Banquet, and T-shirts/Swag
5. Do I have to stay at the host hotel?
No, but we highly recommend it. Staying at the host hotel helps you stay connected and fully enjoy the reunion experience.
6. How do I book the hotel?
The official hotel booking link is posted above and here for easy access.
7. Is there a deadline to register for the reunion or book the hotel?
Yes. Early Bird pricing is available through May 31, 2026. After that, standard pricing will apply. We encourage early registration to help with planning.

8. Are children included in the reunion?
Yes! This is a family event.
Children (ages 3–11) have a reduced rate.
Children 2 and under attend free.
9. Can I attend only the banquet?
Yes, a "Banquet-Only" option is available for those who cannot attend the full weekend.
10. Will there be reunion t-shirts?
Yes, T-shirts will be included for registered family members.
11. What should I wear?
Details about attire (especially for the banquet) will be shared closer to the event. Plan for comfortable, casual outfits during the day.
12. How will I receive updates?
